How do I find my fit?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Normally orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days. Please allow 3-6 business days as peak sale events and holidays. Check your inbox in the case that we need any additional Billing Information to complete you order. Upon processing, Your domestic order will ship via UPS and your order should arrive 3-7 business days upon placing your order. Your tracking number will be sent to you through a company called Shipstation.com, please check your spam/junk emails as well. 

How can I track my order?
In the email that was provided by you, there will be an email sent by a company called Shipstation. Please check your inbox or junk folders for the tracking number. Please look in these areas before calling the customer service line.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Our company is not responsible for the custom and duty fees.

It's been several days since I ordered, where is my package update?

If your Billing, Shipping, and payment information all matches up, then your order will ship on schedule. There are times when we will need to contact you to verify any information that is required. Please make sure that you are receiving emails from shop@embellish.com and we haven't been going to your spam box.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

My package is scanned "delivered", but I haven't received my order. What do I do?

Once a package leaves Embellish's warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company. If you are having issues opening a claim, please email shop@embellish.com and include your order number.
